Brisk Weather Ushers In The RCC!

Travelers came from Utah, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Texas and more to experience the 2nd Annual Red Carpet Corridor on Route 66 in Illinois. Despite a chilly, windy and sometimes wet Saturday, the weather did not put a damper (pun intended) on this very successful festival.

Visitors enjoyed a fun-filled time searching for personal treasures, crafts, statuary, furniture, antiques, jewelry and so much more. Their hungry appetites were filled by all kinds of home made goodies sponsored by local organizations.

It was virtually impossible to get lost during this festival weekend as many extra RCC signs were posted along the entire 90 mile journey.
