Pontiac Walldogs to Hold Mural Painting Workshop

The Pontiac Office of Tourism and Diaz Sign Art will be sponsoring a workshop for anyone interested in helping to paint the 17 outdoor murals planned for the downtown area. The Walldogs, a group of more than 100 sign painters and muralists will be in town during the four days of Pontiac’s Summer Bash Festival, June 25, 26, 27 & 28, to paint these outdoor works of art.

If you are thinking of running for office in October, you can declare your intent at the Summer Quarterly Meeting, Sunday, July 12.

Positions up for renewal are: President, Recording Secretary, and Corresponding Secretary.

Board positions: Cook County, Will County, Grundy County, McLean County, Sangamon County, St. Clair County, and 3 At-Large positions.
