Tour de Chocolat is back in Downtown Bloomington for another year of bringing a ton of chocolate to the community! Businesses will extend their hours and partner up with local pop-ups, bakers, cocoa makers, and more to bring chocolate downtown. Join our downtown businesses as they start February on a sweet note with our February First Friday, Tour de Chocolat!
